I am more than happy to say that I am currently working on a side animation as a christmas gift to newgrounds. The animation. 'Newgrounds VS Youtube'. An action packed 3D epic animation about 2 website fighting it off in a massive transformers like battle. Starring 'P-Bot, m-Bot, And A-bot'. I plan on having this released on christmas day. If not newyears. Theres not much that I can say at this point. But I can say this much.

Looks cool. Youtube is pretty poor on bringing attention to animation, they usually care more about how something is animated, like if it's on hands of something, rather than animation quality.

Youtube -
60% are wankers that are into politics and argue over trivial things
30% are people who post video after video of their favorite series, manga...etc
9% are people who create good directed videos and show them to the world
1% are fat kids pretending to be some Jedi from Star Wars

Newgrounds -
60% are 12 year old wankers who review badly, and just spam shite on the portal
39% are accomplished animators who create inspirational things
1% are people that COULD draw mario and sonic perfectly but decide to use sprites, and after constant spamming make a frontpage news post entitled "i dont care" (handbags at the ready gents)

so with those stats i think the winners Newgrounds <3

I have a good reason to put NG on advantage:
Many companies (like mine) block YouTube on its servers... But NG is always available for access. =)

And...
I don't see anything bad about spriting, since it is well done.
