ok im just going to say it. I hate these type of flashes. with the windows defult sound. its pritty lazy if you ask me. but thats just me. loads of people love your work so keep at it.
no matter how good your flash is you'll always get a jerk off who will hate your flash when others love it. saddly im that guy.

but here are some tips

You seem to use direct colours. try to give it more time with the graphics. lighting such as light and shadows. other than that keep it up
